Is this normal?

I was fighting a Salamence with my Umbreon, and it used Draco Meteor 3 times, thus it got -6 special attack, it used it again and it critted and one-shotted me.

Is this normal?

Yep. Crits ignore any negative modifiers to the attack damage.

Well, that's fail, it completely defeats the purpose of the ability.

You could just spam it on something that can't kill you quickly and a crit will take care of it eventually.

Crits are unlikely though. They only have a 6.25% chance of happening.

Using payback and toxic, but toxic missed 2 times, so I started using Payback instead, and on the fourth turn(second payback) he had a crit while I was still at ~170 hp.

If only Toxic hit the first time, so I'd have started using Wish.

Well the growth should get checked out at least. As for shrinkage that's a personal problem you'll need to live with.

I hate Toxic's accuracy! Lame. And it really should matter at the Umbreon's EVs.

I'm not surprised it missed 3 times, with these attacks it always seems like the odds are against the trainer. I used thunder 10 times and it hit twice, so you're telling me a horn drill would've hit 8 times? I don't think so.
