Issusion seems gimicky at best. I am sure in the end this thing will be ok maybe BL but I have a feeling nintendo is going to screw up its stats some where.

Lucario on the other hand has prooven to be a very powerful pokemon. Although its too early to be for sure I say in gen V lucario will be better.

Are you comparing a (presumed) legendary with an ordinary pokemon?

And I'm sure Zoroark is a physically aimed pokemon.. So no Dark Pulse.
Also it's dark, so it has a serious type disadvantage on Lucario(4x resistance on STAB, Lucario easily survives a +2 Life Orb Darkrai Dark Pulse taking like 40% damage from it so, good luck Zoroark) so it probably won't be winning one on one.
Zoroark looks extremely ugly, Lucario actually looks cool.
+2 Life Orb extreme speed or unboosted close combat will probably fuck that shit up.
