Pokemon of the Week Pelipper
Ruby: Pelipper is a flying transporter that carries small Pokémon and eggs inside its massive bill. This Pokémon builds its nest on steep cliffs facing the sea.
Sapphire: Pelipper searches for food while in flight by skimming the wave tops. This Pokémon dips its large bill in the sea to scoop up food, then swallows everything in one big gulp.
Emerald: It skims the tops of waves as it flies. When it spots prey, it uses its large beak to scoop up the victim with water. It protects its eggs in its beak.
Firered/Leafgreen: It is a flying transporter that carries small Pokémon in its beak. It bobs on the waves to rest its wings.
Diamond: It dips its large bill in the sea, then scoops up numerous prey along with water.
Pearl: It acts as a delivery service by carrying small Pokémon in its bill. It bobs on the waves to rest.
Platinum: It is a messenger of the skies, carrying small Pokémon and eggs to safety in its bill.
Heartgold/Soulsilver: It protects its young in its beak. It bobs on waves, resting on them on days when the waters are calm.
Pelipper is a large white bird with a large yellow beak that extends to his underside. And its 2 long wings have blue tips and blue on the top on its head.
Behavior wise its a bird of prey. It spots out fish and gulps them up with its huge beak. It also swallows up large amounts of other things with its beak as seen in several episodes and it able to carry them around. It lives on the ocea or atleast near it to feed off the ocean's fish.
Origin: Its based on a pelican.
Name Orgin: Based on Pelican the animal its based from. The ipper part is under debate though. Most believe its from the skipper a rank for a sailor. Although people people point to flipper by the way it flips its wings or propeller by the way it can swim in water.

Keen Eye: pokemon's accuracy can not be reduced

Noteable Moves:
Air slash: one of Pelippers move useful moves. It has a nice flich rate. One of Pelippers more useful moves.
Surf: good water type stab although besides that it offers little to help.
Roost: Pelipper is a decent tanker and with roost it is a pretty sweet tank in lower tiers.
Toxic: Pellipper has a pretty small movepool so its saddly an option. Also with roost and good defense it can toxic stall.
Ice Beam: A good move amoung limited options. Takes down altaria.
Hidden Power: most notably electric and grass. Grass for lanturn and electric for mantine.
Overall Pelipper is pretty weak. It can only really be used in NU as a mantine counter on sometimes UU as a Poliwrath or Toxicroak counter. Or mostly as a gimick.
