aMERicA Is completely screwed. I watched Zeitgeist and Capitalism: A Love Story. Our very principles are meant to screw us in the ass. Though people still feel that we're this great land of hope. I guess outside looking in, things are well covered. I think I'm just fed up with Amerifucks facade.

Pants, capitalism is only going reveal the great things about itself. Our economical inflation is due to capitalism freedom to stretch across the world. As stated by Pichu it is literally taking over the world. But this thread isn't just to talk about our countries economical situation, but the conspiracies that follow and the opression we all feel.
I don't know if any of you have seen the movie Zeitgeist, but I believe that if you all watch it that it could have one of the biggest impacts you ever felt from a movie.

i was going to argue with a long paragraph, but no.
here's a simple summary of what i wrote:
people are naturally prone to want more than what they have. that is greed. the thing is, greed circulates wealth faster and keeps people working to fulfill everything that the people want more of. its the bare basics of economy. even socialism, monopolies, and communist societies run on a similar principal.
the major difference is who is more in control. the people (businesses) or the government. it has nothing to do with greed kirb.

Businesses are run by greed while governments are (usually) run by social responsibility.
it seems you were referring to more "monopolist" than capitalist.
monopolies are horrible. but then again, socialism isn't that great for this particular country either. we have an economic system that is in between socialism and monopoly, but is leaning towards socialism because of the government intervention that keeps wages and prices reasonably fair.

Because cities in China don't fall under the same economic jurisdiction as rural areas.
According to a survey I read several years ago, most of the Chinese enjoy their jobs. Due to the media and nationalism, they believe that they are doing an important job (even in factories), as long as they take the personal responsibility of doing their job right.
