I have conflicted thoughts on this. On the one hand the guy was a loon trying to write and distribute a handbook for raping children, on the other hand he wasn't forcing anyone to actually read it or do anything outlined in the book, he just wrote a book. The quote at the end in particular pissed me off.
"The message is very clear: If you write a book, if you sell that book, if you transmit that book to anyone in our jurisdiction, then we will investigate you and arrest, because our goal is protect the children."
Ineloquent though his sentiments are he gets across the same "zero-tolerance" point that has proven SO effective in government regulation. Cause, you know, laws aren't guideposts to be interpreted and applied on a case by case basis depending on circumstances, they're ABSOLUTE.
