No it it can't hurt and it will add TONS of new people here. Downside is though the 4th generation metagame is almost over and soon it will become obsolete. But we still have technically a few more moths to go and if you request a "ticket" for the new pokemon lab PD can be one of the first sites to get the new shoddy which will add even more people.

its a pokemon battle simulator. its a way to test team strategies, line-ups, and do it fairly quickly.

its a really interesting program that runs just like the DS, only without battle animations, sound, and it adds text chat.

You can also manually edit a server you own to include new pokemon. You need to be good at Java, though.

It would be better if we had more than just Mewtwo running it, though. GOBF struggles with just Gary, and he's - not to put too fine a point on it - noticeably more dedicated.
