Black and White have changed my life

This is the first time I've seriously considered using grass pokemon in a team while having access to an electric type I would also want to use.

Before I was firmly of the opinion that grass types were just stand-ins for electric types. The only time I've used a grass type in a game team was Diamond, where there were no electric types I'd want to use. Now, though, I really want a Doredia or Hahakomori in my team, despite taking a Denchura. This is the first generation where grass has pokemon I genuinely want (I liked Tropius and Roselia, but not enough to make room for them in Sapphire).

Is anyone else finding themselves influenced in strange and unusual ways by the new games?
