Flamethower is aweful with such a pityful sp. attack. Megahorn hurts grass types hard or if you don't like the accuracy loss then fire or ice punch. Rock polish is great for sweepering or aqual tail on more offensive sets. Choice band for instapower or life orb to gain some power on the rock polish set.

2) Togekiss
Nature: Brave
Held Item: Leftovers
Moves: Airslash, Extremespeed/thunderwave, Aura Sphere, flamethower
Both fly and sky attack are physical moves and togekiss is a special attacker. Besides sky attack has recharge which is bad. Airslash is a good stab move which makes flinches. Flamethower is great for coverage. Extreme speed is ok for proirty but thunderwave is preferred to be even more annoying. Fliching often gives it free turns for leftovers is the best item.

3) Luxray
Nature: Calm
Held Item: Life Orb/Sitrus Berry
Moves: Thunderbolt, Spark, Crunch, Superpower
Thunder and thunderbolt both do the same thing. Get spark to hurt pokemon on the physical side. Bite is just weaker then crunch and should be replaced with superpower which has great coverage against rocks types which otherwise luxray can't touch. If tutor moves a a problem then thunderwave over bite. Life orb is the preferred item here but due to battle tower item clauses if you choose life orb on rhyperrior then you can't here. Sitrus berry is better here since luxray is more of a tank.
