well i do kno what IVs are. but i do have pokemon that have rly good natures and already fully trained with EV points. some shiny (legit)
finding perfect iv pokemon is ridiculous
settle for ok ivs like 25+ in most stats and maybe 31 in speed or 31

yeah i kno. thats why i said good IVs. not perfect. im just rly looking for a regular kyogre thats modest. or a shiny evee or umbreon. but i doubt anyone has that. but if u do i will trade u almost anything
I really hate the IV and the EV system that they have now... wish gamefreak can do an overhaul.
but i don't have any of what you ask... i hardly play pokemon these days :C
