    touche... Hattiesburg (nearest "city" to me) is growing.. they have two thai restraunts, a couple comic book stores, a college, two malls...well one isn't a mall anymore it's... HUdson's, basically... and a plethora of other things, but NO dedicated gaming store.

    Oh, Pants probably knows about Hudson's....

    Heh it's a large chain of... well... Junk stores. They get Salvage from other businesses... like flood damaged goods, etc. and sell if at sometimes GREATLY reduced prices... they tend to give big discounts on electronics but jack the base price up so high that you're paying ABOUT what you would pay retail. They're ALL through MS, they MAY have a store or two in Alabama.

    heh well.. I'd feel uncomfortable without pants. Noseriously, he's from the same area.

    yeah we have Biglots... it's vaguely similar to Hudson's but it has it's own brands and stuff. Hudson's just gets salvage from other stores... they get a lot of store returns... so anything you pick up is hit or miss.... but sometimes they have AWESOME deals... like when a bookstore or something goes out of business.

    There used to be a clothing store that had salvage stuff. It might not have been this seasons fashion but the stuff was good. It was local and went out of business a few years ago. That store will be missed. Since when has biglots had it's own brands?

    oh god, hudsons... i prefer goodwill to hudsons, but yeah... thats a very obscure store to anyone not living down here

    and as for biglots, we still have one closer to down town, and it is depressingly stocked. everything they sell is like 10 years behind, or it looks like it was donated from a dollar tree :p
