OCC: is it just me or is there not a lot you can do from a back of a truck?
The Veteran looked around, total desolation. The aliens had really done a number to the city. Before the call went out, he hadn't even been to the surface much since he heard of the invasion. No one was around, he was possibly the most normal guy for miles. Which was sad considering he was an immortal Civil War Vetran. Dam he was nothing compared to these guys, they had all fancy powers or good training, he had neither. The was still confident he could become a valuable member, but it would need to be drastic... First off Chamber should make him some sort of suit, or atleast boots that weigh him down, he got pshed back 10 feet from a single blast, dam. Atleast one thing was good, the sky, clearest he had seen since when he was a boy, dam population has been making it worse ever year, atleast its crisp and clear. Maybe it was good that the aliens banned cars.
