To be a PD Elite?

It's not just the time put in or old favorites who just aren't quite up to par would be there...

It's not just post count... I think we can see that Kirby isn't exactly...elite.

And it's not just being a good poster, cuz there are plenty of people who are actually decent posters, but they still don't make the cut.
