Error in Emerald Walkthrough

Hi,

I'm playing Emerald and the powerplant doesnt seem to exist, which doesn't bother me as the game can continue. However, after fightint at the top of Mt Pyre as you will know you don't get the blue or red orb you get another item.

After this I fly to Slateport City as stated in the walkthrough but there is noone at the shipyard. If I go to the team aqua cave I also can't do anything once inside as 2 members are blocking me. What is missing here for the Emerald version?

wow... the powerplant is south of Mauville after he gives you the key.

to gain access to the base, you need to go to slateport and go into the submarine hangar.

or you have to go to route 112 (down the soot mountain) and find the magma base (i forgot the emerald order)

I've been in every building in Slateport, the submarine hangar just says Captain is out and there's nothing going on in the shipyard. Maybe I need to find the Magma base first yeah, but I don't know where that is. When I played the original version I only remember going to Aquas base.

(If anyone is able to do so, this needs updating in the walkthrough though)

Ah yes Jagged Pass, with the magma emblem. God I feel like a prat now haha. Well thanks anyway, hopefully that will be the right path in Emerald
