    watching for BIG BERNIE SANDERS
"I'll go," said Chagataev. "But what will I do there? Build socialism?"
    "What else?" said the secretary.

i dont know how anyone but the pro-hillary shill media could come to that conclusion. she sounded disingenuous as always and had nothing interesting to say. sanders was clearly the best performer, but rather disappointing. he needs to project a more coherent message that people can understand.

catching up on the media reaction to the debate, lol of course everyone is saying clinton won. the corruption couldn't be more clear.

im not saying she had better arguments or policies or anything but she was clearly a superior performer. sanders has no charisma and looks like a grumpy old man on stage. hillary is a far better orator and handled the questions she got, disingenuous as her answers may have been, with poise.

Is the entirety of the democratic party, save for Webb, anti-gun now? Hillary made it a point that Sanders doesn't hate guns as much as she does. Is that really a dealbreaker?

this is odd. hillary was stilted and transparent, sanders sounded like a real person talking about things and had gravitas.

it should be noted that online polls will be answered by a demographic biased towards liking sanders more than clinton. idk what focus groups are.

although on the whole the idea of deciding winners of debates like this based on public opinion always seemed silly to me - inevitably most people would pick the candidate theyre already invested in rather than the whoever who did a better job.

the debates arent that much different from the popularity contests that dominate the rest of the election cycle

Webb actually impressed me, said a lot of things which don't follow the party line, and not in the way Bernie does.

Dude literally CNN went from showing Bernie ahead in their own polls with 75% versus Hillary's 15% and then promptly stated that Hillary won. Fun fact, CNN is owned by Time Warner which has made huge contributions to Clinton's campaign.

I think Webb is cool, he seems like an early-1900's democrat. Would make a good secretary of defense, if nothing else

political debates are meant to make people want to vote for you, not academic exercises in rhetoric. although on ANY count, sanders beat hillary.
