    Default American people!

I just took SATs yesterday. Let's talk about SATs. How did you find your SATs?

...I don't see the rationale of this form of testing.

(And I'm grumpy over having to take 3 more SAT II subject tests. I'm juggling a British education and American exams. Great. Grrrrrr.)

I'm thinking Princeton, Swarthmore, and George Washington University so far.

Depends on what you're planning to go for of course... Mississippi is a bottom of the barrel, third world country/state but we DO have one of the premier schools for Polymer Science in the world here!

Some schools actually don't look at your SATs for admission like my school.

I actually scored rather low on the SAT due to the math portion, but I got a 29 on the ACT.

I'm trying to get into UVA, it's got the best business school in the country. And you can never go wrong with UC Berkley.

really it only works as a good separating mechanism in that you can be sure people who do really bad are pretty dumb, and people who do really good are at least mildly intelligent.

Yeah I know. But it's much easier for Americans to get aid from their universities after getting in. It's not how much they charge, it's how much you end up paying. :X

Well, it'll help a load if you guys went through another recession so I can get a lot more USD for my cash, darling. <3

Rayne, I'm busy trying to figure out the difference between International Relations, Politics and Government, Political Science, International Political Economy etc at the moment because universities can't seem to get their heads straight on what to call it, but you get the idea.
