yes. its one of those semi-punk albums that i just adore (and it featured brendan urie in the next to last song, and you should know i'm a fan of PatD)

sarah smiles is the best song on vices imo. that 4/4 staccato with pauses in the 2nd chorus is goosebump inducingly awesome.
i still like pretty odd more, but vices had awesome moments in it regardless, and has my vote for best 2011 album, ("angles" by the strokes in second)

Pretty. Odd. is my favorite too. I actually just have a Panic playlist that has a mix of all their records which I listen to most frequently lately.
Mona Lisa is my second favvy off vices though.
"When the Day Met the Night" and "She Had the World" are simply fabulous though.
You know, I am just purely astonished that you don't like sixx:am more, or motley for that matter. Have you ever listened to Motley Crue - Misunderstood or If I Die Tomorrow? They have great guitar solos and great lyrics. Same for Bitter Pill. It's not all drugs sex and rock n roll.

do you know what i'm seeing has possibly the best proverb ever written in music.
the entire album as a whole is my favorite album ever, and i cannot analyze it, love it, or enjoy it any more than i already do. its a masterpiece.

"i know its mad, but if i go to hell would you come with me or just leave me"
it seems a simple quote, but its truly a compelling question that leaves you to decide if heaven would be worth it without the person in question.

That is a good line. PatD actually has a lot of really meaningful lyrics. She Had the World is like that as well.
"I don’t love you I'm just passing the time
You could love me if I knew how to lie
But who could love me?
I am out of my mind"

oh god that album is seriously flawless

lets see how many times i have heard it... zune.... badges.... 36 times total based on my zune count alone. (not including the 60+ times in my car on the CD)
your welcome

just a bit of trivia, my most listened to song ever is "I've got friends" by Manchester Orchestra with 132 listens on zune alone! yay listening to albums while i sleep!

Right now, after my rebuild, Cage the Elephant, Fall Out Boy, Sixx:AM and PatD have my most listens. Before though, I bet that Guns n Roses Sweet Child of Mine was my most listened to track.
Adele Rolling in the Deep is getting up there with listens now too.
Led Zep bon-y-aur stomp is up there as well with its awesome guitaryness

led zepp never had that full sound i look for in music :/
i know you can argue it was because of the recording quality, but...

queen is better imo. they have interesting and catchy rhythm intervals and they have some really catchy harmonic singing (ol' mercury proving that dicks aren't the only things that can come out of a gay's mouth)
and they have a great sound envelope in their earlier stuff
