The DRR!! dub is just funny since Kida's voice actor throws down even slang word he can think of and Simon actually sounds Russian. But beyond those two, Izaya, Celty and Shizuo, the rest of the cast is just annoying.
Baccano's dub is awesome because the characters all sound like 1930s Americans, and FUNimation had actually hired real actors to play the parts that have experience in doing accents, so there's no Vic Mignogna or Yuri Lowenthal to saturate the show as "Oh, I've heard him in ___". So it sounds really unique in that sense.
Sounds rather classy. I think the professional voice work is a good notion. I mean, it sounds more genuine than the 'voice acting' in most dubs. Also, like you said you can't just hear the same voice from Ben 10(no dialect or anything just the same voice). Sounds refreshing.
Just so you know, Baccano's storyline is non-chronological. The first episode is closer to the end of the story, with the years jumping 3 to 5 times an episode. The whole storyline takes place between 1930 and 1933, and every so often the screen will flash the year, have an event happen, flash another year, have a different event happen or expanded upon.
