Latios/Latias/Rayquaza

I have one Masterball and have yet to catch these three ledgendary Pokémon.
Which do you advise I use the Masterball on?
Any advise for catching the other 2?

use it on one of the birds, cause they run eaisily and are harder 2 catch.i caught a rayquaza with a timerball 1ce, i just delayed the battle for ages.

use it on latios and latuos b/c once u catch them u can go to raquaza and save in front of him then battle if u don't get him then turn off the game and restart and battle him again

P.S. net ball works the best on him not master...

You know how you can catch Mewtwo in yellow just by using a large quantity of Ultra Balls and whittling down its HP, is that possible in R/S/E?
Or is it beyond simply ultra balls?

well... advise is the bird for ur version i think urs is sapphire... just save in front of rayquaza and if you white out or accidentally kill it, just restart the game. i use secptile false swipe and i cought rayquaza with (i cant remeber) more than ten ultra balls ( so very stubborn... )

Haha my cousin used 4 Ultra ball, 6 Great ball, 4 Nest ball, 4 Net ball and 5 Timer ball to caught a Regice (beat that!)

Cool, that's really quite impressive.
I caught Latias the day before yesterday (at random, showed in Route 121) with my Masterball.
So i'm hoping the other 2 will not cause me too much of a headache. And I will utilize all of your fantasic advise

hehe i caught all 3 Regis with premier balls. As you can expect,i took a while but not as long as you might think. dont remember how many it took though...

dude i caught the 3 regi's and rayquaza 5 ultra balls each.........i used kyogre and its thunder attack to hurt and paryalyze them then used false swipe to bring down to 1hp.........then i did this trick wen u hold down B until the ball closes with the pokemon in it and then u hit A & B like crazy...and i had em

haha...though if you think about it you don't really need the master ball for anything...it's just a nice extra to catch it easily. Really you can catch anything with any type of pokeball, it's just really really unlikely. I know people who have caught a Palkia with a pokeball because they ran out of ultra/great balls.

*shrug* I caught all 3 Regis on Sapphire in one day, all with Timer Balls. Groudon on Emerald was an Ultra Ball, so was Quaza on Sapphire, used Master Balls on Kyogre and Latios in Sapphire and Emerald, respectively. Oh, btw, if you're in FR/LG and are chasing a Suicune around and already used a Master Ball, a Net Ball's actually the best way to go.
