What is this last gen? Its on OK team, but a lot of sets of wierd.

Flygon should be like: Earthquake / Outrage / Fire Blast / Draco Meteor

Gyarados doesn't like any choice items (at all), and payback is terrible. Switch payback for dragon dance. Also consider stone edge and bounce over ice fang.

Spirtomb is OK, but you might want to conisider a rotom form over it (rotom-A).

Infernape with choice scarf is kinda silly, give it a life orb. Overheat > fire blast is something to consider.

If possible, Celebi wants HP fire over psychic.

Maybe a more detailed rate later, but haven't played 4th gen in ages.

Fire Blast seems weird on a Flygon with Atk EVs.

Fire blast does enough damage to skarm and bronzong, which otherwise wall it. If you want you can use stone edge over it.
