The best cut of meat is either the filet mignon or T-bone steak depending on my appetite and price range, but you can never really go wrong with any kind of steak. Though I personally do not care for sirloin.
The only thing that keeps me from eating filet more often is that it's expensive...
i have issues eating meat (ok more like swallowing), so im limited to what meats i can eat. so far i can eat ham all i want and not gag or anything.

he could be talking about AMERICANIZED food like fast food chains that spread the world over. If you take all the food chains from all the countries american fast foods are bland compared to their counterparts. If he was just talking about american food as in what american restaurants make, then i don't thinkRayne is right.
