Petting a dog during or immediately after he barks encourages the behavior. You're giving him a 'reward' as it were which in his mind must mean that you like it when he barks.

thats the thing, my nana babys him while i try to diciplein him, i wont touch him i try to ignore him and walk away but he follows me, plus he is very smart and does things out of being bad for attention, he'll do anything for attention, i have to take the dog out cause my nana has weak bone and one little fall can easily shatter them.

im not getting rid of him, when i said "throw him" i meant throw him outside and let him sleep there so my nana doesnt have to get up 3am for no reason and we wouldnt have to worry about him destroying the house, we got to get new blinders now cause he just tore that up. my nana thinks he'll calm down when he gets fixed, that would be a miricale but highly doubtfull from the amount of energy he has now. we fixed my cat a month or two ago and she's still hyper as hell, she even does as she's told! i tell her down, she gets down, i tell her no, she stops what she's doing and doesnt go near it. she more behaved than my dog and she's a cat, how many people have cats that do as there told, seriously!!
