from the beginning of april till about a week ago and around the end of last year i used to eat that shit nearly every day. i gained a lot of weight in a short period of time, was extremely lethargic and it mightve been why i had a lot of mood swings. from last week ive been trying drastically reduce my fast food intake and ive been successful so far (though swearing off that shit for a week isnt particularly commendable) but im having a CRAVING right now. i dont know whether i should just give in right now from now on have it in MODERATION or just stop forever.
