Default What do you do when you're feeling down?

Do you listen to music? If so, what kind? Do you try to distract yourself with other things or do you focus on your problem and try to work out solutions?

I kinda had a rough day, so I thought I'd post here to see if any of you have any "cheering up techniques".

I strip down to a shirt and boxers, curl up in bed with the lights off, and get the cold sweats for about 3 hours while I convince myself that my life is going nowhere and that I won't amount to anything. Eventually I'll crawl out of bed and listen to some instrumental/acoustic music while completely zoned out, usually pressing replay on the same song 3 or 4 times. Here are some of the songs I like to listen to:

I should probably get into drugs.

And lol, now I want to go to the beach.
Anyway, I mindlessly played pokemon for a while, listening to random songs really loud. I'm back to normal now, though it took almost 3 hours

I think most serious punk songs if slowed down can be real tear jerkers.
