What happened to Zuko's mother?

Well it is obvious that she killed Ozai's father because he was going to kill Zuko. When Zuko's mother was caught by Ozai he kept it hush hush and became fire lord. Also Ozai must have orchestrated it to become king and thus fooling Zuko's mom. So, what happened to her? They say they'll reveil it in the last two comics, The Promise, part 2 and 3. I think she eloped with Appa, just saying.

i thought Ozai killed his father cause he got mad about how uncle was going to be fire lord and not him.

That is why I mean. I think Ozai told Azula that her grandfather was going to kill Zuko, Zuko's mother got angry and killed the fire lord even though he had no intention of killing Zuko. Ozai told Zuko's mother to vouch for him when he said that his fathers dying wishes was to have him become fire lord or he would tell everyone she killed him. After that he banished her to keep we mouth shut and thus Ozai's plan worked.

i think zuko's mom did it on her own volition, ozai found out, and they arranged some bullshit to let her go free and him ascend.

i zuko's dad wanted to kill zuko but knew better and that may have something to do with why the mom left, a packt or some deal she made with the father to keep zuko alive perhaps? plus it would be imposible ti asasinate uncle so ozai had to of killed his father (that man might have been old but i doubt he was going to die anytime soon)

if ozai did it then there was no reason to banish his wife. if ozai's plan was to make his wife do it it doesnt make sense, why wouldn't he have done it himself?

if you say because there was a risk of getting caught there was just as big a risk of his wife getting caught, and if she did it would be such a scandal that any hope ozai had of succeeding his father would have been impossible.

the mother did it herself, ozai found out, saw the opportunity to take the throne and banished the mother so it would never be revealed.

she hated her mother for not protecting her(the mother probably didnt know), and she rubbed the mother's disappearance in zuko's face because now zuko didnt have anyone to protect him from his father either.

the mother probably just assumed all the time azula and ozai spent alone together was ozai training azula in fire bening

azula couldn't have possibly counted on the mother succeeding and what ozai would do. the downside was the possibility that it was found out and her family was banished or perhaps even executed.

not necessarily. we assume ozai's father did indeed order it. ozai might have been questioning whether or not he should go through with it but he wasnt prepared to outright refuse to do so.

I'm taking Ozai out of the equation all together, we have to focus on the fact that the fire lord ordered Zuko's death, is that believable? I say no.
