i dont know how healthy eating pasta is but its better than fast food at least. the pasta sauce i make all the time and is pretty decent:
pour olive oil in pot, chop an onion and a couple things of garlic, put them in. put in a can/tin/whatever of anchovies after the onion and garlic has been sizzling a little, let the anchovies melt. then put in canned tomatoes. doesnt really have to be specific, i use a large can of whole tomatoes and a large can of chopped tomatoes. stir it around and let it get a little warm, then put it parsley, basil, red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, and fennel seeds. squeeze in some lemon juice if you have it. then let it heat on medium heat for, i dunno, 20 minutes or so? then when its done put in a can of olives(DONT cook it with the olives in it, cook it first then put in the olives).
and of course boil spaghetti which is pretty easy. or any other pasta really.
it consists of: chopping 2 things with a knife, and putting a punch of stuff in a pot.
writing on a computer just consists of typing on a keyboard but the pd biography is still incomplete
i like olives. i dont know why so many people hate them.
im pretty much over all my food prejudices at this point. if its used well in something i like it.
yeah, Tim here even sampled the local cuisine down here, eating a bowl of gumbo at the Crescent City Grill, unlike Dogar who ordered location neutral plain ol' oysters.

Well, I open my eyes and I see things. I've seen spirits moving through the walls. I've seen a vortex coming through the wall. I've seen amorphous little balls of light bouncing all around in the front yard through the window. I've seen giant bugs on the floor. I was in a hotel room in Amarillo, Texas, and all I remember is standing on the bed and seeing the whole wall in front of me filled with lights that were [makes popping sound] popping like popcorn out of the wall. Then I'll wake up and I go "Wow, I was standing on my bed and staring at this wall."
I don't like olives either.
