So is it possible to catch Raquaza on Emerald with an Ultra Ball? I've used 128 Ultra Balls while the damn thing was Asleep with a little itsy bitsy red line on the health meter. Broke out every time. I caught Kyogre with an Ultra Ball and Groudon with a Great Ball but this thing is more stubborn then a woman.

put it to sleep, get its hp to about 50, and chuck ultra balls.

its just about a 1/30 chance at that point.

well if its emerald you can get the regi's, and they are always useful.

How do you do that? I never played Emerald past the elite four and Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza.

oh, you have to do braille puzzles. here's how you start:

pacifidlog town, surf west, find a dive hole in the middle of a bunch of waves. go down the hole. you'll hit a wall that says "go up" in braille. dive up. then you pop into a big room with the alphabet in braille. write them down or look online for the answers to the puzzles. the first is to have a pokemon with dig in your party, and use it on the first door. the second is to have both a relicanth and a wailord in your party, one in the front and one in the back (switch them and try them both, because i forget the order). when you read the stone tablet at the end of the cave, a rumble will happen. boom. the regi's ruins all open.

the first is in the south desert, the second is northwest dewford city, the third is east of fortree city.

Anything is possible, I caught Mewtwo after 2 ultra balls and Rayquazza with a timer ball.

Oh fun fact, because of its low HP, Diglet is the hardest pokemon the catch, you don't realize this though because it appears at such a low level.

nope, diglett is incredibly easy to catch. false swipe tears it right open, and its catch rate is so high its painful.

mewtwo and lugia are the hardest because they can recover, they have 30- catch rates, and they are insanely powerful both offensively and defensively at high levels in comparison to your own.
