Ok man ill help you out:

If I am not mistaken there are 2 TM earthquakes in game, give it to nidoking over dig.

Psych up is terrible on Mewtwo, use ice beam or thunderbolt.

Brick break > thunder on Raichu, attract is terrible use quick attack or thunderwave, or if you need to toxic

Toxic > hydro pump on Vaporeon

For in game this is fine, but if you want to get competitive or go in battle tower, tell me Ill give a more detailed rate.
