best genre of music?

soul, gospel, jazz and progressive rock/blues.

idk, i'm not really a huge genre person but i really like those genres. i used to really like pop, but now everything that's charting nowadays is dance pop, and i'm not much of a dance pop person.

and yeah playing jazz is really hard. but i heard that if you can play jazz, you can play any style.

yeah jazz is cool but its something i cant imagine playing incessantly. its too intellectually and physically demanding.
