oh boy... i see so many competitive issues with this team. in OU, this thing would fall flat.

i suggest not having a team entirely composed of things terrakion eats alive

Yeah this team has some issues. Probably the biggest is Gyarados, what the fuck is up with its moveset. Is this suppose to be some sort of wall breaking Gyarados? Gyarados has terribad special attack, if you want to like break walls honestly just use taunt / waterfall / dragon dance / ice fang or stone edge. A spread of 176 HP / 128 Attack / 204 Speed is better, for a dragon dance Gyara.

Im not sure what your doing with Frosslass either, your not sweeping anyone with Frosslass. Honestly, just use Gengar here, its a spin blocker and a better special sweeper / wall breaker. A movepool of shadow ball / substitute / disable / focus blast is the best moves you can have. Trust me on that, it is the premier Gengar moveset this gen. Also it needs timid.

Lastly Gigalith is just... not good normal gem explosion still isn't doing enough. To be honest just use like Metagross here, it does just about the same thing for your team but better, if your having issues with mixed Tyranitar, use Donphan.

Interestingly your team has larg issues with rotom and scizor, not being they posse an immediate threat, but because they can just dance around you all day, and if rocks are up, your Gyarados is slowly dieing to rocks. Also because this team is more offensive, they can switch in their appropriate counter sweeper every time, pretty much making you lose a pokemon each time this happens, especially if they have Terrakion.

You also have some massive issues with rain offense, which again is always taking out a pokemon, and you don't have any sweeper to take advantage after that.

You may want to consider just scrapping this team because I can't think of a way to fix it even after the changes as the team lacks pokemon to counteract every common threats.

I can't build offensive teams, and currently my team has a huge scrafty weakness so its not exactly a fair fight. If you want I could use an older team that isn't horribly weak to Scrafty, but in either case I stall and its not exactly the most informative battle. Since stall isn't common.

If you want to learn against regular people, go to http://play.pokemonshowdown.com/lobby yeah most of the people there are terrible, but they are less terrible than PO, PO the terrible ratio is like 1:5, here its like 1:3.

To be totally honest, if you want to learn a handel on the meta, use a simple rain offense team, its mad easy: Politoed / Tornadus-T / Starmie or Keldeo / Ferrothorn / filler / filler.

i use gimmicky NU-UU shit in OU and i win 80% of the time. you have to know your competition and you have to know how to preemptively set up for it.
