After taking all AP/Honors classes last year...
and now having to take Government, a class that every kid has to pass to graduate, it made me remember how fucking easy the average high school kid has it. We fucking colored for the whole class today. I almost died because of the pure joy of wasting all that taxpayer money on the shitty teacher and colored pencils im going to be dealing with all year long

I had CHS Chem (which is basically AP Chem but it was Pitt main's Chem 101 course) last year and AP Physics this year. AP Euro was really monotonous and I wanted to kill myself. I had AP Calc this year but had to drop it because it was gonna cost 500 dollars because they don't have a teacher that's certified to teach it. I have AP Lit this year too which should be fun

To be honest science and mathematics aren't to terrible at higher levels, but yeah its almost impossible to fail but you still learn something. History is a complete joke at all levels. Ive never been in honors English, because I can't write, but the level lower was easy as fuck, so much so that I was at the top of the class.
I do think that classes shout be harder, but it is hard to do it because a good bunch of kid's aren't even going to college, and in lower highschool grades even higher level kids have issues. For example I had an honors bio in 9th grade with was about on par with college, most kids in the class failed and complained so much that she got fired. At the time I hated her (even though I had a 95), but I realized what she was getting at, but it didn't work with out immaturity. Maybe in the junior year you can start with harder courses and in senior year have like pseudo college.
Yeah it was bullshit. I was really hyped to take it too but there was no way we could afford that. I'm just in Honors Calc instead now. The worst part was it was gonna be 500 to sit in on this college class through like the web or something but I wouldn't have gotten any credit for it like I do for Computer Science or I did for CHS Chem
Doing something your senior year is always better than nothing, having do nothing classes just intensifies senioritis.
i do think senior year was the year i put the least amount of effort in. the most effort was spend dealing with people bitching about me skipping so much. god i hated high school. for good reason too because it was fucking stupid and filled with idiots.
senior year was me masturbating, doing my eagle scout project, and drawing adventure time
My senior year is going to consist of doing a reasonable amount of homework from Calc, Lit, and Physics, then smoking pot and snowboarding every day.
if your calc class is going to be anything like mine, its going to be easy, and then get crazy batshit hard in like 2 weeks as soon as you start applying calculus to series

my last year was ridiculous. i wouldnt be too far off if i said i put the least amount of effort into my classes out of anybody in the 'science' section.
and it was the only year I actually put in effort and got SCHOLARSHIPS
AP Euro was probably my favorite High School class I ever took, besides StRUT, Japanese and AP American History. I love any teacher that brings a hacksaw to class to demonstrate how limbs are amputated during the Civil War. My AP American History teacher had a lot of irregular classes like that, like when he wrote "Nigger", "Fag" and "Tranny" on the whiteboard and discussed the historical perspective of these terms and why people find them offensive. And that time when he asked us to write a research paper on your favorite American hero and he allowed me to write about George Carlin because he thought the idea was hilarious.
My AP Euro teacher had us watch a ton of great movies like Dr. Strangelove, The Great Escape, Paths of Glory and Twilight Zone episodes. He also had us watch a 10 hour documentary on the history of Britain and the UK. He had a minor in cinema from his college days. I got a 4 on the AP Euro test anyway. >~>

I'm in my senior year now. Last year i took 3 AP classes and 2 honours, and 2 YOU HAVE TO TAKE THESE.
And this year i have 2 math classes(which are self paced do em online anytime anywhere w/e,) so i fly through em and laugh while playing my ds for an hour and half, a honours english class BECAUSE FUCK AP ENGLISH 4(even though i made a 4 on the ap english 3(w/e its called not 3)
and gov/econ which is one class.
I got to school for 4 hours a day and half of it i'm playing video games. LOL
I wish all the other years of HS had been this easy. I would have not felt like killing everyone every single day then maybe.
