Ironically I just got done watching Penn and Teller where they had people sign a petition for the UN to claim that the USA was the #1 country in the world.

I mean I don't know much about the prisons in Denmark but I still don't know if I would live there. I'm leaning towards Japan. Granted Japan's jails really really suck but I don't plan on doing anything too stupid. In Japan, I can pee, smoke and drink anywhere. That's all I ever wanted. And they have a crime rate lower than 1%.

i think really outside of america, the crime rates in countries we'd like to go to are always going to be a lot better than the cities we live in, so they shouldn't be that much of a factor when comparing them against each other.

Everyone male in Switzerland is issued a fully auto assault rifle when they turn 18 and required to partake in compulsory military training. They then keep the guns and are organized into a militia based on where they live. Basically every adult in their country is in the army, which is a big reason why they've never been invaded. They'd fuck shit up.
