this has nothing to do with school.
someone pulled the fire alarm two minutes into my discrete math midterm. lot of people are pissed. im in a good mood.
I wish that would happen for MY math tests. :c
my school did this cool thing where the only thing that counts towards your gardes are tests so now i don't have to do my assignments (its not like i did them anyways this just gives me more reason to not do them)

College is a joke. I've gotten a's on all my papers without trying. 5 pages? Due next week? I'll start at midnight, 6 hours before I have to turn it in. No problem.

uh Italian is a bitch
I just hope I can get atleast a C so I don't fuck up my scholarship
what papers do you have to write for computer science.....

I have to take a composition class. It's a requirement for all degree programs at my university.
I do get what midnight is going on about, all throughout high school you are bitched at over and over again on how hard college writing is. Maybe its because I am a freshman, but so far its not that hard, its almost just a more advanced version of high school writing: write shit the right length and make it look nice and hand it in on time.
also because of the fire alarm fiasco i get to take a conflict for my other cs midterm. the good news just keeps on coming.
generally people are required to take a rhetoric class but i dont have to because of my test scores

You should pull it more often, Rayne!
I tested out of the freshman english course too. Currently taking the sophomore level class and it's completely below my level.
If I wasn't a STEM major, college would definitely be easier than high school, though I'm not one to waste time and money by getting a useless degree like Philosophy or Art History. I only chose Computer Science because I did not know what else to take that would pay off in the end. Maybe a teacher if I tolerated kids, or linguistics if the degree guaranteed a job. -_- I love learning about languages, but a four year degree in it? What would I do with that...
speak all sorts of coolio languages
you could end up as the alien translator for our future starships!
it is a cool subject though, one of the many things i'm perpetually intending to read more about but never have
linguistics has nothing to do with learning languages.
eh I'll be in school in the spring. Veterinary Technology.
