its not really as bad as its made out to be. really the bad thing about the habit of not eating much during the day/afternoon is that people will tend to over consume bad food at the end of the day. theres nothing necessarily too bad about skipping breakfast but still having a reasonable dinner etc.

I never really eat breakfast unless I feel like cooking or I'll have a protein bar. I mean some mean french toast.
