I think I have found a hidden conspiracy, while FDR was in a wheel chair, Stalin didn't have a lower body

Stalin actually was a very ugly man and was ridden with pox scares from his youth. Most of the pictures and paintings we have of him has his face looking clear but it is a known historical fact that he would gob loads of makeup to cover his physical flaws. Why do you think FDR and Churchill are laughing in this pic and leaving Stalin out? They be busting cracks on that girly.

So, seeing as I have done no research or google image questing on the matter, I would assume that given Stalin's strangle hold power on everything in his country and his obsessive want to look strong and powerful to his people and the world, he did not allow anyone to take pictures or videos of him unless staged far in advance and thus the limited amount of photos of him in many positions. This is the same reason why there aren't many photos or videos of Churchill in a wheelchair, it's all about appearance.
