having a wine cellar
Being able to afford schooling without aid.
oh wait, you know what i misinterpreted that. MY BAD!
rich people trying to out-poor each other
Affording college vs wanting to afford college is different.
My parent's mortgage is 1200 a month, and our electricity and water bills are high as well. Most of the flexiable money my parents have is spent on vacations or trinkets. They are only paying for half my schooling, as I agreed I would payoff the other half when I'm done. And now that my brother intends on going to an out-of-state school, they will have less money to spend on leisures.
Also, not to mention that my dad recently moved out. My mom is a nurse, she makes around 50k, but that is not enough to cover the house, vehicles and bills on her own. If my dad completely stops his support it would be a bad situation and I would likely drop college by choice and take up a job instead. I only went to college because my parents expected me to, not because I wanted to.
And in all honesty, I only wrote that because I couldn't think of anything else. I've already experienced the upper middle-class :/
He left a note on the table, and left early one morning without telling us beforehand. He visited on christmas but that's about it. When confronted he said that he felt more like a roommate than husband, and thus decided he needed some time away from my mom for a while because he didn't feel loved. So now my mom is a wreck and talking to relatives is awkward because most don't know it happened. It's not a divorce, but it sure feels like one.
he's even more sexually confused
My brother called my dad and chasized him for what he did. After a few days he simmered down and pretends it never happened.
damn pichubro :/ thats actually awful.
and ..whoever it was saying multiple bathrooms is rich, how is that even slightly rich?!

I've only ever known small family homes or council houses to have one bathroom..
yeah eve, because poor people definitely never live in "small family homes"
