Really not all that bad if you have a WD Live box because it gives you a real remote to use. There is a bit of a lag between channels so it's not a TV "surfer" friendly unit, but most of the time I am on 2/3 channels of interest so it's not an issue really. I even get to steal On Demand too. haha.

Also, they say they have Wifi in the complex, never lived in such a situation but do you think it's free as a kick back amenity or do you pay? Anyone? No heat though which sucks but that and electricity is all I would pay.
