    Default Hey Kirby

Can I see some of your adventure time fan art? I am thinking about selling stuff at a con and with your permission I will cut you in on the profits I make if any of your fan art sells. If you say no or don't want to I seriously won't be mad or anything, I just think your stuff is good enough to sell honestly and wanted to showcase it.

Digital art like this is pretty good actually. Did you copy this position from somewhere or did you design it yourself?

Honestly though if you make 5-7 prints like these with various cast members in really "feely" moments, (like the Ice King and Marceline based on episode "I Remember You" with a few lyrics to the song and stuff floating around) I would make prints of them and take the financial risk and cut you in if they sell. I'll make some business cards with you deviant art website too just if you want. I never noticed how good your digital art skills were.

I'm saying if you design art similar to this, I would print them and take the risk and still cut you in if I make any money. The characters you have drawn are very well done, if you still can do that I think you should make more. If you are worried about the background and other effects then I can do that, but your character design is VERY good.

kirbys digital stuff really is pretty good. if he got more technically competent it would be very good. more than anything he actually has a unique, consistent style.

That's what I'm saying, he is creating NEW pieces that are unique to his art that you don't see in some fan circles. And believe me, I have done my share of fanart porn hunts for AT.

I really wish I could shade, that would make my art look like 100 time better, its hilarious because I see adventure time art that was draw by people much worse at the style than me, but because they shade it looks great

In June, but I need a few examples for the head of the dealers, which I have already from PD but if you want to make a nice glossy one like the one above, or at least try, with a really "feely" scene to show that's fine. Most of the work is going to be on bookmarks, pins, light switch covers, magnets etc. The Real honey hole will be your refined prints like the one above if you make them. Do you have a deviant art/photo bucket cache of more of your art however random it is?

I was going to say, it WOULD sell. If he made a 15 page paneled comic it would sell for 10-15 EASY. But I think he said he doesn't do nudes.

Softcore prints like this would sell very well too.

if it wasn't on PD, it wasn't worth sharing, I have a few really bad one's stored up after the cake one, drawing that fucking one really fucked up my psycology

I did 2 "ok" ones after that in the last 9 months that I haven't posted:

and this one is kinda scetchy:

also Dogar, I can't edit any of the old art because aviary went bankrupt, unless something else can read "egg" files, they are pretty much stuck as is in format

I think my main problem is that outside of humanoid-LSP arguably I can't draw any "original characters"

It's ok, I can edit some of the backgrounds easily because you were smart enough to put them into .png files which makes my life a shit ton easier. I was thinking if you can make head shots of the main cast both male and female versions for mini buttons for starters. And then if you think you have the ability still, make a few full body prints but make them unique like you do. A couple full prints like the one from that other artist would really sell if you made them all "feel." I'm better with background digital art then character design so I could edit in photoshop need be. Start what you think looks good for prints and we can collaborate.

BS you have done Marcilne, PB and female ice king well. I don't want to hear you say you can't draw again.

Also have you ever tried regular show characters? I only ask because they have a similar art style. Try it out on a couple of the more geometric charters to see if you can do something like that. If not don't worry about it.

... by original characters I mean characters that I make up, after cake I did a humanized hot dog princess and slime princess, they were just bad

regular show is a bit off in style, they are also more complex in physical style, mordici (or whatever spelled) has a stupid amount of distances you have to worry about in the head alone, when I draw them I am basically just coping them, its a sort of a devil in the details kinda thing, as opposed to adventure time when 90% of characters are the same but with different clothes and hairstyle

overall I am not comfortable enough in the style

No biggy, just a suggestion. And it is not the end of the world if you can not make "original" characters like hot dog princess etc. I was more just speaking about you making the main cast in different positions, unique outfits and in both female/male form. Is that doable?

yeah that's fine, I am a bit bad at complex leg positioning though if I make them look real (not noodle), although all it takes it some thinking and shots in the dark until it looks good

that fionna picture for example, I at least redrew the legs 10 times, that isn't touch up work either, I drew them, they looked terrible, and redid it

That's what artists do, when I used to draw I spent hours on a print. It took me around 12-18 hours to draw and paint Eve's picture of Inuyasha I did years and years ago.

So start off with head shots of the main cast of real world form then gender swap form.
