It is a little of both. It has elements that entertain children, and some elements that are deeper. Or just more adult in a way. Something like that. I don't fuckin know. Apparently it's supposed to be heavily influenced by D&D.

And the rainicorns speaking Korean is a little weird, but it kind of fits once you get used to it.

It's the embodiment of Nostalgia. It's reminiscent of our kids shows from when we were little but it also deals with themes we deal with now. In the same way it also caters to todays children and will in turn be a nostalgic essence in their future. Saving princesses, going on adventures, fighting evil, having fun and just chilling out are the cornerstones of any child's imagination and play time and seeing a show that embodies all of that is something rare.
