i've developed an absolute obsession recently. i literally don't sleep at night unless i've cooked something substantial.
at the moment i'm trying to perfect this thing called vegetable shahjahani, which is curry made with a cashew/coconut/cardamom paste, vegetable stock etc. i am accosting landlords of pubs on how to make a perfect curry and everything.
