The previous team was weak to choice'd STAB electric attacks. I'm running Venomoth and Shield Dust prevents Thunder's paralysis, and Disable forces the choice'd user to switch. After that, I can Quiver Dance or heal with Roost. Since I have Quiver Dance > Bug Buzz, I replaced Calm Mind on Espeon with Hidden Power Fighting. This allows me to kill Dark Pokemon and use Venomoth as my other special wall. Now, Vaporeon can run more physically defensive. Mr. Mime is running Encore as a way to lock opponents into certain moves and then set up.
