So I'm always down for intense type of training, but i'm not gonna be stupid about it or follow the latest fad workout or fad diet.

so recently it has come to my attention: the "Training Mask"

it talks about elevation training. pretty much it's suppose to deprive you from breathing well to simulate the higher altitude enviroment... which is fine and dandy. but also no real purpose. for the average person doing it, it's a waste of time and dangerous. i can understand soldier, cops, and firefighters. they may use a mask during real world events. so yeah.

but those people train with a mask for work purposes, not because they'll be climbing a fucking mountain.
