Cell phones or drinking.
They banned the use of cellphones in the car in my state unless you have the cell phone on a stand.
Thats why this state is a death site.

After reading over this all three times and taking several minutes to remember what has happened to me over the past year...
I come to the conclusion that, with fair judgement, my year can not be rated with a 7, therefore, I shall rate it with an 8.
Reason why: I have only cried twice this year, and both times I was in bed and had some form of physical pain to boot up the mental ones.

Over the past 21 years of my school, 26 kids died in a drunk driving accident.
seriously why the hell is there so little movement to raise the driving age. i seriously doubt it would hurt the economy and there are way more pros than cons(considering i cant think of any)
my sister got a car for her 16th birthday and ever since then, we never see her around the house. she can come and go as she pleases, so we only see her at 11 pm because she stays at her friends' houses all the time. cars give teenagers a lot of freedom, and in the case of my sister, it's not always a good thing.

my parents always complain about how she won't listen to them and disrespects them, but they never discipline her, so of course she won't treat them with respect. What reason does she have to do otherwise? sometimes I have to wonder if my parents have learned anything at all after being parents for 17 years.
meh. if me and my sister get into a fight, its always my fault. never hers.

I've had to rate my year a 6.
-My school grades are meh, not the best around.
-Stupid parents. I swear that my mom would be taken by child support or whatever its called if we lived in the US.
-The constant nagging and insulting of my sister and brother.
-Have to go to summer school
-Spent my birthday money on random stuff while I could had save it for more important things.
-A friend that I cared about just drifted away for no reason.
The good things are that I got new friends..I had the chance to go out with my friends a lot and I traveled. Hmm school was okay...And I really liked those nights when I would have to study for exams and watched anime instead. =]
Nothing majorly bad happened this year.
