The JadeMoon [Illit]
My first RP!It'll probably be my worst, but who cares? Here's the storyline: The US military has rebuilt an old weapons test center on an island in the Pacific. Because of the many craters and algae covered rocks, the island has been nicknamed "The JadeMoon". The military is now recruiting scientists and potential soldiers to develop and test weapons here.

Name: Scott Peters
Appearance: Black pants and shoes, white lab coat, dark brown hair, slightly tan skin, glasses that make his green eyes look larger
History: Always fascinated with science, he took a job as a university professor before joining the military's Research and Development department
Reason for joining: He joined with the hope of protecting the world against nukes but now he's charged with making them more destructive.
