no
most pokemon (except eeveelotuions) dont learn any moves if evolve with stones
Or you can teach Growlithe the TM Flamethower, if that helps.
You could look that up on the internet. Aracanine won't learn Flamethrower naturally, but I think Growlithe learns it on level 40. I'm not sure 100%. You might have to look it up on Google or something.
