    Just so you know, I'm going to be at PD just a little less, because I'm creating my own forums. Being the administrator will, of course, take up some of my time on the computer, so I'll still come here, but I won't quite as often.

    If you're interested in joining, I'll give you the link as soon as I'm done with it. I'm still trying to get things rolling. ^^

    Actually we only have 1 spinoff forum.

    LM's forum was the only thing close to a semi-sucessful spinoff other than gr00vy.

    It's not a spinoff. I just decided that it would be cool to have my own forums. So I'm making them. If any of you are interested in joining (or looking at it, then giving me shit about it here *coughcoughTimcough* ), I'll give you the link when I'm done setting it up.

    Unless you have a decent website to go along with it, because usually people don't search, "pokemon forums" or "manga/anime forums." They usually aim for something like information on an anime and then you might have a forum and bam they decide to join.

    I attempted to build a successful Pokemon forum and website last year with my Pokemon Style webcomic as the basis behind them, but it never worked out. Lack of visitors (or hits) were one of the major problems I encountered, so I attempted to affiliate with some of the larger Pokemon sites out there in the hope of garnering more visitors. While these other sites apparently liked the concept behind my website and forum I 'didn't have enough content' so they rejected the affiliation, each and every one of them. If you ask me, it was all just one big pain in the ass.
