the move CURSE

I have been seeing lately that pokemon that are not the ghost type are able to learn the move curse. Recently i went to the BATTLE FRONTIER and entered the place where all the lv 100 pokemon are. I notice that a Swampert has learned CURSE, what is going on?? And i also dont understand why in the COMPETITIVE WORKSHOP forums, one persons pokemon knew the move CURSE, But that pokemon was not a ghost type.

I don't know, but maybe it's like with Gardevoir that's a psychic pokemon, it can know electric too.

Curse is a move that works differently for different types like
When torkoal uses curse
and when regirock,regiice,and registeel use curse.
They're speed go down but attack and sp.attk (or defense) go up.

All right, that must be true because the Lv 100 Swampert that i saw knew the move CURSE(that rasies attack and defence). You must be right.

curse isn't exactly a ghost-type move. if you make a ghost Pokemon learn Curse it works differently...because...iono. How come?

because ghosts LITERALLY can curse something mud a mudkip can't. Thats how I always saw it.
