Misty is an all-round girl, May seems dumb.... and Dawn just looks like a popular girl who only thinks about her image.
If Ash were a real man, he should go for Dawn, since she's the hottest... or misty since she's not completely brainless and she's not completely ugly.
However i think, i will have children before actually seeing ash involved with any of the girls in a romance plot.
And if the show is still going on, i wouldn't be surprised to hear of one of my sons "Is ash gay?"
He'll probly hook up with Latias.

only one real choice Ash would technically be 16 years old. But no he stays with out puberty but Misty is best cause she is the same age. It would be weird 10 year old with a 16 year old or 11 year old funky. Besides DAWN and MAY are too good for him.

Id have to say dawn because misty downright hates ash and may likes other people.
also some of dawns pokemon are in love with ash's pokemon
and ash is a wuss he goes on so called "journys" with girls and not once has he ever kissed or been kissed by one of thoes.
The only 1 is latias who KISSED ash and made him a picture
and latias is a pokemon!!!! SO he basicly never kissed or been kissed by a girl besides his MOMAND ADDED TO THAT the girls he goes with hate him besides dawn. Ash is lame. He should be like brock but not crazy but not shy. he should make friends with them get to know them and get more serious about a year into.

It was an interesting question that was never going to be taken seriously, on this forum, I suppose. But I'll answer it properly, only because there was a thread like this on PokeCommunity that Careful With That Axe, Pichu closed before I could reply to it. Personally, I think Ash should be with Misty, as she's the original, she actually knows how to battle and back in the day, a few of her comments made me laugh. I can't quite remember what they were but I do recall thinking she was the funniest character by far. May, I really don't know, since by then I had sort of given up on the anime as it was just terrible at that point, but I did tune in a couple of times. I actually like May, to be honest. Have you not seen the various methods she uses in competitions? If I was smart enough to do that in the games I would've been finished with competitions a long time ago, but, I'm not. As for Dawn, she's by far the prettiest character on the show, but she seems rather dim to me and doesn't really have an interest in Ash's goals. I'd say AshxMisty forever.
Misty, b/c she was the original. But the overall things she wears...they need to go...
