I like Paul as a character for some reason. He just appeals to me. He is the best character I think! And no he is obviously not a rookie for several reasons.
1. On the D&P episode featuring Cynthia he says that he has been in the Kanto, Johto and Hoen Legues. Well some of them cant remember which!
2. He has a Torterra people, a Torterra!! That was his first Pokemon. Ya dont get a Torterra in the first five minutes of taining!!! Hello!!!!
3. He has a s**tload of Pokemon already in like the first, I donno 30 episodes or so.
