But if you want it to have such moves, it defeats the purpose anyway. So why not a dragonite?
one reason ninetails, umbreon is super fast and has mad defense+spec def,
so it survives longer than a dragonite, attacks faster than a dragonite, but the only disadvantage is dragonites att and spec att are a force to be reckoned with...
