I'm not exactly happy with home schooling anymore, now that my mom has to work two jobs and it's all self taught. I probably shouldn't even be going into high school, truth be told. I didn't even have most of the books I should've. I had a math book, any history books I could dig up in the library, and a sketch book. The other 'classes' were supposed to be home ec (aka helping with dinner and making boxed brownies) and I don't even know what happened to Lang. Arts, I think it became History when I had no workbook.
Yet public school is sounding less and less appealing the more I talk to people about it.

I was already categorized by a kid at church. Apparently since I wore a pink cami I'm a prep.
And yeah I hear there is an anime club at the high school, so I'd at least fit in somewhere. My main issues are with the schedule changes (I'd be getting up about 6 hours earlier then I am now), getting lost in the big building, and only knowing enough people to count on one hand that'd be there.

I have friends that go to a cyber school, but they live in another state, so I can't go to the same one.

It wasn't meant to be offensive, it was meant to be the truth. A university is far more likely to accept a public school student than an autodidact, because the public school student is more likely to have the necessary knowledge for university courses.

Y'know, I'm actually not sure what I plan on doing after high school, but I'm not aiming for a big university or anything. I'll probably just take some courses at the community college.
